Description
Bestand geeft de ligging weer van de wijstgebieden in Noord-Brabant.. Eind 2006 is door Witteveen+Bos in opdracht van waterschap Aa en Maas een nadere inventarisatie van de wijstgronden uitgevoerd. Wijst is een zeldzaam (Brabants) verschijnsel, wat alleen voorkomt in het beheergebied Aa en Maas. Het heeft bijzondere geologische, hydrologische, ecologische, cultuurhistorische en aardkundige waarden. In 2010 is het wijstgrondenbestand aangepast om het in overeenstemming te brengen met de aardkundige waardenkaart in de Verordening ruimte fase 2.
